Data we collect and purpose
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide (name, phone number, email and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of handling your request for a quote or information and getting back to you.
We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing communications, nor do we share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, as well as the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (preparing the quote you asked for), in accordance with Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Recipients and processors
Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. To manage form submissions we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), which acts as a data processor under a contract compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR. In addition, if you accept analytics cookies, Google LLC will process browsing data as detailed in our cookie policy.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of any resulting business relationship, as well as for any legally required periods. If your request does not lead to a business relationship, the data is deleted within a maximum of one year.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to aguilorc@hotmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID document if needed to verify your identity.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the law.
